Please complete this order form to secure your seats. Tickets are $10 pp and are payable via Paypal (preferred), cash, or check (payable to Toll Gate Grammar School). Cash or check payments can be dropped at the Toll Gate's main office. Please include your child's name if submitting cash/check payment so we can appropriately credit your order.
Ticket orders are due by Friday, 5/10. Tickets will be distributed by Monday, 6/3, to your child in their classroom.
